Because nanotubes are very flexible, the electrostatic force can be reversed to force the deformed nanotubes back up, making the film planar again and disconnecting it from the electrode. Nantero claims nanotubes are unique in allowing an unlimited number of such on/off deformations.

The model CVCO55CW-1000-1500 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 3.0 V, with a max current consumption of 15 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.00 MHz and 3.00 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.

The CVCO55CW-1000-1500 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.

TDI Power introduces an ultra-compact 1U Power Center providing reliable -54 Volt power, rated up to 1,000 watts all within one rack unit. Two hot-pluggable 500 watt rectifiers convert 90-276 Volts AC into DC, which is distributed through up to ten GMT fuses. A connection to an external battery has an optional circuit breaker and Low Voltage Disconnect for optimizing safety and performance. The power center is monitored & controlled with TDI's eLink75 Ethernet controller.

Designed for use with remote, outdoor cabinets, the 1U Power Center helps manage site performance by providing power and signals for flush fans, door alarms and other environmental controls. For additional network awareness, an auxiliary 12 Volt DC output can be used to operate an Ethernet switch with battery backup.

Sigmatel's products cover entry-level, audio only and quarter-VGA video chips, often aimed at using silicon integration to lowest bill of materials cost. Freescale's i.MX family is aimed at higher-end capabilities, typically focused on flexibility through programmable cores.
